I havent checked your logs but just wanted to let you know that you dont use SN on CD.
Using SN is always a dps loss except u wouldnt cast anything else in that GCD Window anyway (like keeping Quickening stacks up till next AP)

You use RoP cause obviously its much better for bosses and even for trash you can use it to burst much better when needed. With good pulling u can abuse quickening even in myth+ and reach some crazy numbers with moa and rop.

U should use Sinew as mentioned before on 4 secs, pot at 3 and start casting FB. After that u cast 1-2 extra FB when u dont lust at start(depending on your haste) before going in your normal Burst Rotation. I only looked at your kill logs. You used one flame on before your 3. comb. I think because of that u delayed your 3. comb by 30 secs.
