Earlier in the thread someone mentioned CU mid-burn in conjunction with the Kilt legendary to extend the burn. I tried this in the current Arcane APL. I think your "infinite mana" burn is misusing spell recharge logic. Charges recharge sequentially, not independently. Your logic is assuming if you use charge 1 at x, it recharges at x+recharge, and if you use charge 2 at y you get it back at y+recharge. if this were true you could use 1 and 2 at th...

Also out of curiosity, were these sims actually ran at an 880 item level, or was it at ~903 with 54 traits like the fire profile was ran at?
Missed that - it's all at mythic NH level like the Fire/Arcane stuff. Updated OP.

The "Relics" part of the guide contains some strange info about legendaries, which does not match info in "Legendaries" part of the guide

Your breakdown mirrors my own thoughts on this. If you got lucky with Fire legendary items, it's very strong and a no brainer to stick with going into NH. Without them though, Arcane is probably your best bet.

My last post had a bug with how I had implemented some of the FP changes - I've fixed it and updated the image. Same point though - spamming FS for FP when FP cannot stack is a DPS loss vs. just standard play.
