You want a balance of your stats with frost . Trust the sims, and don't blindly stack any 1 stat.

You're casting a lot of unbuffed IL. A lot of it seems to be from double-casting IL.
If it's unintentional, you should probably look into it. You're losing quite a bit of dps from that.

Also, you don't really need to precede every IL with a frostbolt.

Erm .... Why didn't you cast IL after your Flurries?

Nope. Lonely Winter was strong mostly with the artifact traits buffing a lot of the spells that LW buffed too. With that gone, and GS not being buffed by LW, it's suboptimal now.

Simc uses Counterspell to proc Sephuz. That's why sephuz will not rank highly unless you use casting patchwek, in which cases it procs sephuz once a minute.

You can also modify the APL to reflect your raid situation, but most don't bother.
