If using RoP and Meteor (this should never be the case tbh, meteor is for ST only and ROP is for AOE only. CiS is for both and MI is for ST, so youre better off using CiS and MI. Is this really the case? because for my gear,every sim is currently lower when I use MI regardless of Meteor or Cis choice

I found it clunky to use...most of the times it made me hard cast a pyro which I had to cancel...It was akward and I got the Prydaz neck to replace it (I had the helm from the begining). Ideally you should move casting fireball when you see the buff and time it for when needed but that can be tricky...

So now with ice floes removed are we casting Scorch when moving or it is better to go with instants like fire blast and Phenix flames / pyro? Assuming no relevant legendaries..

The only situation where I'd take AF over FO is during a constant aoe fight. Basically a fight where I could use dragon's breath on cd. Taking AF over FO in a single target encounter feels like such a handicap, you're basically swapping out a free fb every 8s for a heating up every 20s on gcd that ...

What is strong depends also on your current status.. Have you played since launch? Do you have more knowledge on fire spec than the other two? If played since launch: What legendaries do you have? For what spec? What is your artifact level on the 3 specs ? All these factors will determine what spec ...

Their logic is that you should play what you like so for survivability they change passive shields ang give each spec something to cast as shield combined with a talent to make it better.. I don't know we ll see how it plays out..still too early
