I would hold off on going past 35 on your main weapon until you get like AK 17+. Just spend the remaining AP on your offspec and get 30+ in those until you reach like AK 17-19

The bracers should be nerfed, (just like some other class/spec legendaries, like boomkin helm) but the spec should be buffed in return. My biggest issue with the nerf is that it's aimed at the bracers being way too strong.

IMO they should nerf the bracers, not the entire spec itself. Right now fire is definitely not the best class, even with the overpowered bracers. Nerf bracers, keep baseline fire the same.

Your numbers are incorrect. It's a 6% nerf in all situations, nothing more or less. it's not "9% during RoP", it's 6% during RoP. It will do 6% less dmg during RoP than it did before.
