Won't you pull the boss early if you do it like that? I mean you usually cast your Pyro at -4 for double trinkets and it has around 3 second cast time, so you'd be casting LB at -1?!

Tbh your gear isn't bad at all and if you have such trouble pulling off decent numbers as Arcane then it's most likely at least partly because you're making too many mistakes.

That doesn't make sense on any level to me. I'd talk to the officers one last time and then I'd leave. The longer you stay the more you get left behind gear wise and the harder it'll become to find a decent guild.
