I usually burn to ~50% if i come under such circumstances. But i also sync PC with the ring.
If u dont sync it and use AP/PC on CD u should evo back because on the other hand u delay Evo and next burn (where u maybe have no AMs) u stand there casting a 20%-Mana AB without AP waiting for Evo.

Not at all. All you should be aware off is that your cleave can proc MoD on another target then your maintarget so get a good plate-addon to see the debuff and the switch target to the debuffed mob.
Rest play like usual and be happy when it procs under the right circumstances.

If u get lucky and get PoF right before hands, hold on every AM you have wait till hands are spawned and then AM and laugh at your Warrior/Enhc/....
If you skilled SN nuke it every time you dont have PoF. If u have nuked SN just spam AE with glyph.

You should evo as normal even in Feast. The longer you burn the lesser dmg are you doing because your mana is low and the longer you have to evo to come back. Dont focus to much on Feast. Do a normal burn and after that conserve and pray to RNG that you get some AMs/2pc-procs/MoDs

Mastery is on place 3 because of: -2pc buffs FFB which benefits from mastery -4pc + class trinket means more FBs which benefit from mastery -the stats after mastery are crit and versatility both get nothing from tier or trinkets. FFB is stronger due to mastery which is not included in the raw number in logs. So FFB > IL. A munched BF is a bigger los then a munched IL.

Arcane RNG is currently a little bit over the top. A good procing PoF can rise your DPS for a huge margin. But remeber: PoF is a huge piece but also only one piece of the cake. You have to eat all pieces to clear the cake.
