Raiding guild that lets you stay in your current one

Didnt know where to post this so i ask here.Werent there a couple of guilds for horde and alliance EU players(on reddit i think)that were looking for raiders without the obligation to leave your current guild?I remember reading some posts about that but can no longer find them.I would love to "reclear" NH heroic each week with new people without having to leave my current guild

That's the eternal struggle, isn't it? I always wanted to do stuff like that but it's hard to find, impossible for me in fact.
