Fire 9.1 stats

Hey, i would love to switch back to fire from frost, but i am wondering what are the necessary stats for fire right now. I have heard that haste is must have. Some poeple says 37%+ crit is also must have. So what are the must have stats with current numbers for fire to not be useless and actually be better than frost and arcane.
