Been doing arcane for awhile now and i just keep in last on dps on almost all fights. I do the burn phase and everything, but I just cant seem to do good dps...

Tons of stuff...
Wrong talents for that fight. You need to run NT, IF and AO for Darmac with the adds imho.
2nd issue, you are not burning properly. You need to burn to 50% every time you have 30seconds left on your CD of evocation (Every 90 seconds) and once at the start. you only burned twice in a 8 minute fight.
you also only used POM twice. Use it on CD during the burn.
same thing with Crystal. Only used it twice.
Intellect pot should be used during a burn or Heroism for max effect imho.

Your baragge / arcane missiles dps seems a little high compared to your simcraft result.
