Glyphing and unglyphing arcane power

It lines up perfect with our other major CDs but most, if not all fights its recommended to glyph it.

Why is this?

Because you generally get more uptime out of it glyphed vs unglpyhed, so if you don't know how long a fight will last, then its better to glyph.

However, the class trinket changes that, because you will go OOM if you glyph AP and burn with the trinket, so you have to unglyph.
