Hello friends !

to make it quick:

i just rolled to mage and play arc for like 3 IDs so i dont really have that in depth knowlege i may should have.
i feel like my DPS is quite low compared to the rest of the raid and my lvl of gear.

here is my latest log maybe you guys can point out some mistakes and tell me what should ive done better tho

I'm taking the Iron Juggernaut kill as an example. 90% rune of power uptime, 83% living bomb uptime. Too much of your damage comes from blast/barrage, there should be way more LB and Arcane Missiles damage in there. If I look at Malkorok I see the same; 77% LB uptime and 84% RoP uptime on a fight where you really should have >95%. Also, on Malkorok, you could have casted a second Arcane Power.

Try to stay on top of your uptimes and cooldowns, that should help massively.

Hey,

I can't check your mana without advanced combat logging, so it's hard for me to find out if you correctly play at 4 stacks, but I would advise just focusing on those points first. That should net a massive increase!

You have a very high AB vs AM damage ratio on multidotting fights such as TFP and Spoils. Make sure you're getting all your multidotting out, and using the AM procs to surf at 4 stack as much as you can, aside from when you have a group of 5+ mobs.

Your NT uptime compared to TFP boss uptime is relatively low - make sure you have NT on them all the time.

As Kver said, you need some work on your LB uptime. During Malk it seemed like you forgot to keep LB up during your AT opener. Remember that LB DPET > all, and that you should always choose to refresh LB over anything else, even 4 stack AB dumping. If you have to, dump 4 stacks in AT a GCD earlier.

Remember to buff your as the first thing to do after you get batle ressed. 10% SP + 5% crit is worth more than any spell's DPET.

I couldn't find any Mana Gem events on Malk despite your 6xAB opener (would like to check other bosses but WCL crashed on me), so make sure you have that going. 4 stack ABs hurt your mana pool a lot with 2T16 buff or a mana gem to mitigate.

DPS on most of the fights seem slightly low with your gear despite spell damage ratios looking ok. This means that you probably aren't casting as much as you can. If you feel like you're already minimizing movement and getting as much cast time as possible, you might want to check your spell queue latency, or it might have something to do with your frame rates. It's hard to tell with WCL without looking at detailed cast times in event logs.

since i moved im raiding with 80MS compared to 20MS be4 it shouldt affect my DPS significantly i think.
Have to move better i guess.

thanks to you suggestions i managed to boost my dps by ~35k dps even though my uptimes still can be improved - i guess.

this IDs log is an advnaced combat log so im really looking forward to see what i can improve when it comes to 4stack mana management

Give us some time dude. We are not just sitting here waiting to help people and log analysis takes some time, if you want decent tips.

Bomb and Rune Uptime seem better now. You could squeeze an extra 3% or 4%.

So to your mana question:
Especially around your ATs you seem to drop very low on mana. Down to almost 60%. Remember that AP increases your mana consumption. You should never drop below 80% even below 85% is bad. I would recommend to be a bit more conservative with mana. To give you an orientation if you are below 95% mana with 4 charges and no 2t16 buff you want to dump with Barrage in most cases. Also rather go for two stacks of 2t16 than, dumping them one by one.

Might I advise doing some research yourself? There is a wealth of information on these forums(Such as in the Arcane section) yet you ask us to dissect your gameplay completely as if you were arbitarily casting abilities, the people here are willing to help you but an effort of your own can go a long way in getting them to help.
