Does the legendary ring affect our opener?

alteast for me since I got 30/33 tomes

1)
Is it a dps-gain to place PC 2s before pull, cast AB+(PoM+AB) onto it to procc MoD along with legendary ring and bloodlust (+ troll racial)

or should we just play like normal?

edit: okay I just realized that the it might be a higher gain if the blast that is released after 15s hits PC, so we're gonna delay PC for at least 3 seconds or whut?

2) Assuming that we do delay PC for 3s (or w/e the opener will be),
will the opener stay like that even if we fully upgraded the ring? (talking about http://www.wowhead.com/item=127785/crystallized-fel" target="_blank here)

Q3. Does the explosion impact Prismatic Crystal? If yes, is it amplified by the 10%/30% damage taken vulnerability?
A3: Yes, it impacts PC. No, it does not get amplified.

There is no point in delaying your cristal for the explosion to hit it.

And don't forget that you are not alone on your raid, and lot of people need like 3 to 4second build time (and boss need to be moved sometimes at pull) so it's unlikely that ring will be use at the 0sec mark, ring will prolly be delayed to like 4-5sec by raidleader.

On another note, will we be delaying AP and PC for every ring use? It's a 30s delay every time, but it feels like it might be worth it.
