Fight by fight talents for frost

What are the recommended lvl 75 and lvl 100 talents for frost on each encounter? I have some idea, but im not too familiar with all the encounters yet.

It is still not fight by fight for Frost (or Fire) but feel free to leave any suggestions you have in the comments and I will add them to the OP for other readers to see.
