[SimC] How do I determine upgrades around stat breakpoint?

How can I figure out what is going on with my haste?

My sim values haste at 4.00 right now, so I get my pawn string, but if I replace anything that had haste with something that doesn't have haste, even if it's a big upgrade in pawn, my new simmed DPS goes down by 15-20k and my haste stat value shoots back up .

I'm guessing I'm sitting right on top of some haste breakpoint, but I don't know how to find upgrades that will actually increase my DPS since I can't trust the pawn values.
