My DPS still is not getting better. Please help! (Fire)

A mage with worse gear than me but with the legendary helm is outdpsing me on most fights. I have asked for help on this forum before, but I am at a loss. I have been playing since '06 through every expansion doing high-end raiding except Cataclsym, but I have never had so many issues/been more confused over an expansion.

Things I have improved so far to try to fix my low dps:
-I upgraded my rig (more ram, better video card)
-I got a new chair (maybe it's how I was sitting?)
-Tried out a new mouse (but swapped back to the old one, didn't help)
-Started keybinding everything instead of just key spells, spent hours learning keybinds (kinda like playing a piano, eh?)
-Switched Bartender to activate buttons on key press instead of release
-Got rid of Max FPS
-Tried a series of trinket combinations to help (or used the exact trinkets the other mages were using)
-Learned how to "Wriggling Sinew" according to this forum
-Learned how to save up my fireblasts before I go into burn phase
-Learned "when to do what" in each fight (We have cleared Mythic EN multiple times, plus Mythic Odyn & Guarm a few times, with attempts on Helya)
-Got all my enchants, sockets, proper gearing, food, flask, potion etc.
-Learned how to squeeze in that extra RoP in the beginning
-Learned to make sure to keep one stack of RoP (except at the beginning) and one stack of PoF

After analyzing my logs and with the above in mind, please tell me how I can improve more. Or, is there a mage (without legendary bracers) that this forum recommends I watch (videos, stream, etc)? Is my dps low because of gear, lack of the right legendaries, too much downtime or does the problem exist between the chair and keyboard?

You listed some ridiculous issues among those important. My advice would be to keep it serious if you expect people to read the whole thing and then provide feedback. Your crit is too low, get rid of non-crit pieces. You're looking for 60-65% (possibly as much as you can). For single-target you need Crit/Haste, for Cleave/AoE get Crit/Mastery. You still cannot use combustion properly. Casting fireballs during Combustion is completely missing the point. You should use only instant casts. Your opener is wrong. Why pop Combustion right away when you can do it mid-cast of fireball? Since 7.1.5 is out, there are several topics on new openers. Get rid of Kindling and get a Meteor.
