Can't get over 300K DPS in NH

I have, like many others here, a question about gear and DPS. I have SIM'ed myself right before NH, and did a few EN Mythic runs for gear. I'm not 887 iLvl, but can't get over 250K DPS on Nighthold HC bosses. Most other in the raid is 300K-500K DPS, and I'm just above the Paladin tank and Druid tank..something is wrong, right?

You should use ALL your spells / abilities. That log shows that you cast a grand total of 0 Living Bombs and 0 Meteor's. I haven't yet looked at the rest of the logs, but if you're not casting key spell's, or not using them in the appropriate situation, that is like going to be one of, if not the biggest reason your DPS is terribad.
