Which Legendary is best?

I just got my 4th legendary and i have been trying to figure out my stats and talents for best use as arcane. i currently have Rhonin's, cord of infinity, Norgannon's and Sephuz's. i can have my 4 pc but my numbers just aren't high enough. here is a list of legi combinations and ist dps Output.

Better is that you sim the combinations yourself because only you know which items you have in the bag as replacements on each Slot.
The list from the link above gives a good indication how good/or bad each legi is.

I would say use Rhonin's and Cord for raids, and Norgannon's and Sephuz for M+, unless you are doing Tyrannical in which case take Rhonin's + Sephuz.

Norgannon's and Sephuz are average at best, but are thankfully being buffed next patch. Also next patch, Cord is going to be the only direct damage increase we get (other than Shard), which will make it much better than it is now.
