What is the correct usage of Magtheridon's Banished Bracers?

Hello guys,

I'm new to frost mage, and was lucky enough to pick up the lego bracers. However I can't manage to find any post explaining the proper usage to min/max this beauty. I am pairing it Shard of Exodar of course.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pretend it doesn't exist and do your normal frost rotation. Just treat it as a passive buff, you should never be casting ice lances just for the sake of bracer stacks.

I imagine saving FoF procs until you have 2 or 3 instead of dumping singles would be a small dps gain?

I dont think so. If you keep saving your FoF procs by frostbolting, you will munch lot of BF procs.

I usually save them until I get a BF proc so as not to munch procs. But I mainly do that to get a chain reaction.
Only, on heroic Guldan, you can send Ice Lance (not FoF though) in the immunity during transition to get to six stacks... But that's the only tweak I use
