How is the newly buffed Sephuz for Frost in 7.2?

So I just received Sephuz's Secret as my third legiondary on my Mage. Apart from it being a certain upgrade from the Runemaster's Kilt I had equipped, which does absolutely bugger all for Frost, where is Sephuz on the power scale in terms of legendaries for Frost?

I know it got buffed in 7.2 to give a passive 2% haste, which I feel is pretty good, and the passive movement speed increase is not bad either I think.

It's obviously works better in M+, but I've heard several people claim you can reliably trigger on almost all NH bosses too?

What's your opinion?

I have tried it in our farm run.

I have Shard, Prydaz and Sephuz (Jewelry, yo). I was running shard and Prydaz, but basically any boss where i can interrupt I am running Sephuz now. Shard for bosses where we lust at pull (Krosus, Trilliax)

I've been using sephuz on my mage since the beginning. The buffs are not entirely noticeable imo. That being said you can proc it on just about every fight in nighthold so i love it
