I'm a bit confused right now.
Had to sim my character new a few times today since I got the Hand Legendaries.
My highest sim is with those Stats:
Now I'm at 23% Crit, which means it's 10% below the Shatter Cap. A friend told me that the Shatter Cap ain't that important, since my spells also scale weel with Versatility and Haste. On another note, other people say, that the Shatter-Cap is important to make max. DPS.
Now again, I can switch Rings/Necks around to get to 30% Crit, but I would loose some Haste in return. Which sims lower then.
Also another point that confuses me right now is, the difference between FT and SI. Last week, after I got another Legendary, I simmed myself and SI was alot stronger than FT.
Now I simmed my Talents again and now FT is miles ahead of SI for pure ST. Can someone help me understand that aswell now?
Leaves me really confused, please help me get this stuff solved :^)
