Haste and distance weak auras

I am having issues knowing when I can do double IL. Having a haste % and distance weak aura would be super helpful but I can't figure out how to make them. Been trying for a couple days on and off. If anyone has links to some that I can import I would much appreciate it.

Somewhere on the forums here, under the Macros and weakauras subforum i think, is weakauras for exactly those questions. There's also Wago.io that has a whole crap ton of weakauras available.
