New legendary ring replacement of lady gloves

I assume that if the legendary ring with frozen touch goos live it woult be our bis lego with the bracers as we all love rng. And the 40% buff with the splitting ice combo woult be realy nice for most fights. Did some people already simcrafted this ring or have some logs in the PTR on this?

With the stats that are currently on it, it is really bad.
