Frost in 7.2.5: what changes?

Hi there, I'm sorry if it's been asked already. I'm planning to swap my main from shadow to frost mage... I was wondering if anyone has a list of things that change in 7.2.5 when it comes to frost. Right now my mage has all legendaries possible (including tw ring) and it's 913il, so far i've read we wont be able to double ice lance anymore, but next reset (and i guess the first clear of TOS) is anyone else important changing as well?
I read TV and GS are pretty close (except on stacked targets), and I guess in TOS frozen touch will be used more often since there are a lot more single target fights like krosus, but anything else you suggest changing? In NH farm of course I use hands+ring as legendaries (except guldan), does that change with 7.2.5? I guess its too early to talk about TOS. Thanks!
