My current relics I'm running are one 5% increased chance for arcane missile proc and two 12% increased arcane missile damage. Should I farm for all three slots to have 5% increased arcane missile proc?

Stats. I've been told 30% crit, 15% haste, 10% versatility, and 20% mastery is good to aim for. Thoughts?

Lastly, do I use MoA/RoP and PoM on cd or save them for one big burst phase with AP?

Missiles proc relics sim best. Go with ilvl don't stress.

Those stats about right at ilvl 905. You'll be beating those numbers later. Sim yourself for stat weights. Haste likely undervalued by sims so I aim for 20.

Use of cd's depends on fight length. Unless a burst phase is coming up e.g. maiden on avatar fight or shield/talon on sisters never delay AP. Always RoP after MoA and align every uneven AP. If you won't get an extra AP in fight you can delay stuff for max burst.

I use MoA/RoP on Cooldown. POM I save for movement.

For stats: sim yourself, there's no better tool. Raidbots is useful if you don't know how to sim yourself.

Isn't simming yourself as arcane unreliable due to how poorly the current sim module handles things like gravity spiral, mana management, T19, and.. uh, seemingly arcane as a whole?
