Moderator note: moved to Q&A.

I got all legendary best in fire mage slot except for the belt, should I use to aoe the head + the new ring of patch 7.2.5 and in single the wrist and the lust ring? The head and the wrist is a good idea for aoe?

The wrist is not good for aoe. It may be good to use wrist and head to balance aoe and ST. IHMO you are correct for ST only/AOE only setup.

ST: Bindings + Koralon, if you dont have koralon you should use shard of the exodar
AOE: Head + Koralon, if you dont have koralon try pyrotex maybe, for a boss like mistress also bindings works
