Frost > Help With DPS

Hello everyone!

There is a frost mage in my guild that is under performing. Would someone be so kind as to analyze his armory/logs and tell me how he can improve his damage?

Have him read the glacial spike guide here in the frost section. He doesn't seem to understand the basic frost rotation. Also make sure he is simming his character with the latest version of simcraft, or he could just use raidbots.com.

If he isn't sure what to change even after reading the guide, here are some specifics:
1) he's gemmed and enchanted for mastery, which is a pretty bad stat even for glacial spike
2) not shattering his ebonbolts (flurry immediately after ebon)
3) not ice lancing after flurry, every single flurry should be followed by an ice lance
4) looks like he's equipped an on-use pvp trinket that he just isn't actually using
