Help please, i think i should be doing more dps

Hi all!

I've been playing my frost mage as main for the last months and i'm currently progressing Heroic ToS (6/9).
After getting the 4 set i felt a huge dps increase, still i feel i'm doing something wrong.

(check normal since we are still progressing heroic)
I'm using 2 T19 + 4 T20 with those legendaries as they sim better (1.175.202DPS)
I also have: Lady Vashj's, Norgannon's, Sephuz and Belo'vir.

If any of you guys could check my logs and see if i'm doing something wrong it would be awesome =)

I think i'm lossing dps by using "freezing rain blizzards" in single target (i thought it was usefull to reduce frozen orb cd at the cost of a global cd) and unbuffed ice lances since i play with aprox 200ms and got really used to double ice lancing. Also i probably have a lot of mastery in my gear.
