Guess I'll make the first post here then. I've been happy with my performance lately, but there are always improvements to be made. I'm not great at reading log sites past seeing my Bomb and Invoker's uptimes, so if someone with more skill can have a glance over it, I'd appreciate it.

Main spec: Frost
Rotation: Keep up Bomb and Invoker's, fill with Frostbolt, cast BF-FFB/FoF-IL when procced. If both proc at the same time, use FFB then IL.

Problems: No real problems, but I'm wondering if I can tidy up my rotation.
Boss currently being worked on: We've cleared the place, but I haven't personally killed heroic Garrosh yet.

On a fight like Malk, you could probably raise LB uptime slightly. Once you're at or above 90% it's not a major difference but your refreshes can be made slightly tighter. I usually expect to get 96-99% on Malk depending on timings of procs (usually refreshing slightly earlier on meta, or let it drop off completely if I have a BF proc to use first with no buff to snapshot).

Invokers Energy was perfect.

Your ice lance cleave was absolutely insane, especially for 10m. I run 25 man and you did over 3million more IL cleave than I did, in a 1 minute longer kill. I really wish my raid would stop killing them before they get to the boss >.>

You did miss 2 brain freeze procs though and used 2 ice lance without the proc so just be careful with hitting those abilities; every IL you do without the proc is such a dps loss. You really have to make every gcd count.

I definitely would have delayed that 2nd Alter Time - you used IV, probably had bf/fof procs up so went with an AT. Your meta gem procced towards the end and you could have extended that buff too. If I know the fight is too short to match the 2nd IV with an expanded mind proc, I always either: wait with IV for a RPPM proc OR, if IV really has to happen because it's a short kill, use it and save AT for at least 12 seconds of Icy Veins to fish for either a meta or KTT proc so I can AT with that.

Final thing I can spot to up your dps is you need to pray to RNGesus a bit more man, 14.01% Toxic Power uptime is paaaainful.

Great advice, thanks Durrty. You've just reminded me to put my /cancelaura Alter Time macro on my bars - there were a couple of occasions in that raid where I screwed myself over by not having it.

Can it be true that you didn't let Alter Time run it's full duration the second time you cast it?

Entirely possible. My PBoI was ready to proc but hadn't for about 10 seconds so I just went "Screw it" and used AT - as soon as I'd used up my BF and FoF I cancelled it to ensure I wouldn't miss the trinket. Now that I've put my /cancelaura macro back on my bars, that won't be happening again.

That trinket uptime is seriously hurting. I hate how it can make people feel that they are bad when on closer inspection it turns out they are doing pretty well. I would advise snapshotting the meta gem due to the additional brain freezes this gives you. It's not very difficult but it's quite a hefty increase.
