Short recap of my player history, been raid & guild leader for a long time in the past few years. Because that role swallowed up most of my time I never really had the room to manage my own dps and spec properly. It eventually ended up in me dropping the game. Since last week I slowly started to pick it back up again, the issue at hand - while picking the game back up and entering ToS twice now I feel like my dps is still (way) to low. [*] The legendaries are missing, I'm still gated in Sephuz & Boots
[*] No tier20 4 set yet, trying to maintain the tier19 2 set but it's hard, acquired the tier 20 (2) set just now.
[*] Low weapon with a 885 Relic
[*] Poor stat optimization (lots of mastery, to less crit and vers)
Now beside all those issue's I would like to request some help from you guys regarding my playstyle/rotation. Could you guys look at the following logs and see what I can improve?

PS: I still prefer mechanics over my own dps most of the time since I don't know the fights of Tomb that well yet, you can see that on Inquisition where I screwed up big time
