Frost DPS Issue

Hi all,

I recently switched mains to Frost Mage and have been struggling to perform well. I have read several Guides and watched several Videos and my DPS is still quite low. I prioritize FoF procs, and when I get a Brain Freeze proc I try to get in a Frostbolt before I hit Flurry and then follow it up with an Ice Lance (though I wonder if the IL is coming too late, should it be macroed?).
