I cant figure out why my dps sucks

My frost mage is my second character I raid on. On my resto shaman I am a blue healer on logs but on my mage its quite bad. I have read and checked out thingy's video on how to play a frost mage. I have tried working on my rotation but at the end of it my logs suck. I just don't know what I am messing up on. My mages guild we are 7 of 9 heroic and if i am to raid in mythic i really need to figure out what the hell is going on. Here our my links
