Looking for [FROST] advice!

Hiya folks,

I've recently leveled up my mage to raid with and I love playing frost. I've got all the addons and whatnot for help, including some nice weakauras, etc.

My trinkets aren't the greatest and I wish I was running bracers instead of Sephuz, but I feel like I should be doing WAY more dps than I'm currently doing on most fights. I've tried to read up on here and in other sources to see what I may be doing wrong, but it's not readily apparent to me I guess.

If anyone is willing to look over some of my stuff, it would be greatly appreciated... If it's because I suck, just tell me that and hopefully I can modify my rotation or something. My thanks to you all in advance! (The N-ToS numbers below should be better, as I changed some of my 'over-haste' to versatility and I noticed a difference there, but not enough.)
