SimC Problem, Compare T2 Traits

Hey Guys,

i wanted to get some Values for the T2 Traits how much Weapon Itemlevel they are worth. So i started a Relic Comparison with Raidbots and just changed the T2 Trait in my first Relic and it gave me some strange Results.

My question now is the following:
How could it be that i sim less DPS (and also by quite a margin for 30000 iterations) with Refractive Shell activated on the one Side (1.423.844 DPS) and with nothing at all on the other Side (1.435.348 DPS).

Shouldn´t it be just the same value, because Refractive Shell doesn´t give me Extra DPS?
