Why is my SIM so low?

Greetings!

I recently returned to my Mage and decided to screw Frost and go for Fire.

I'd like to think that I've got decent gear and stats: https://worldofwarcraft.com/de-de/chara ... d/entropic (Artefact lvl 66)

Yet my DPS SIM for around 1,2m (patchwork 7min) which i find to be very low.

I'm quite frustrated with these low numbers but I can't figure out why the hell that is. Is fire that fucked up without leggo bracers?
