So i've been playing fire for months and so far i've achieved a good accomplishment, but lately i've been struggling with rotations and gear, since fire mage is not about "STACK CRIT" anymore. I read a lot of things, articles and all, even tho it seems unpleasable to my eyes. Greay/Green numbers on WCL doesn't make any better, and im getting so many of them lately. I need to know what is wrong so i can fix it, plos healp
btw, im looking forward to do mythic raids, but not until i fix these things D:

Race change definitely won't have the level of impact you seem to believe. I just took a quick look but your fireball to pyroblast ratio seems abnormally high, although this might be down to you not actually taking advantage of the belt by scorching below 30% hp. Just actually utilizing the belt below 30% should bring you up a bit, but you have to also keep in mind that your fight lengths are on the longer side so it's going to be harder to get a decent log in general.

Comparing you to my ilvl 928 logs, I did significantly higher dps. The thing that stood out the most for me was the scorch damage comparison.

Your fight was about 45 sec longer than mine, but yet I had double your scorch damage.

Make sure you're maximising the lego belt, and using your cooldowns as often as possible.

Idk why you guys keep talking about the belt, it's like you didnt even read the log. He is using bracers and bl ring. He used scoarch only once, which is quite suprising even if you don't have the belt equipped, considering how much movement is involved in a KJ fight.

First of all, if adds live a long time for your group and you're using flamestrike that often, then taking unstable magic is a severe dps loss. You should have taken flamepatch in this case.
Rune of power is a decent choice, however you only had an uptime of 16%. You barely used it 9 times (0 times within the last 2min), which is a pretty low amount for a 9min bossfight even if you'd consider the first intermission phase. Again, considering your group is quite low on dps and how much movement is involved I'd suggest you'd take incarnters flow next time.

About bloodlust: If you Lust first and someone else Lusts for you once your cd's are ready again, you could have had a 3rd BL during this fight. You only had two.

CD managment: This is what you did right before the adds first spawned: You got a bracer proc after 30s infight, you dropped your rune of power, adds spawned, you popped combustion and proceded to use flamestrike.

This is what you should have done: You got your bracer proc at 30s (this is a very good moment to get a bracer proc btw, you were really lucky), use rune of power, start hardcasting pyro, combust right before it went off, proceed to use pyros in combination with Phoenix flames, pop rune again once the other rune is gone and continue your burst. You'd generate a much higher ignite resulting in higher boss and add damage.

You had another bracer proc right before your second combustion which you did not make proper use off.

I was looking at his logs in general trying to find any patterns that could indicate some poor habits since the impression I got was that OP was more concerned over his tendency to rank in the green/gray areas. Rather than any one particular fight.

I mentioned the belt because he was asking about his logs in general, not one particular fight.

Unreal allrdy mentioned some good things so i will just write what he might had missed and which ive seen.

It looks like you haven't used Fire Blast before your first Combustion.
Fire Blast got a short recharge time, in your cause with about 5,8k haste (in the kj logs) it must be something around 8,6 sec.
You used your Combustion at 33 sec which means you could have used Fire Blast 4 times and still have had 3 charges for Combustion.

Something you could do while Kj is flying is fishing for a hot streak before he lands, just spam scorch until you get one.

You used the Kindling talent on the Kj fight which reduces your cd of Combustion but you used your 2nd Combustion at 2:35 min which is 2:02 min after your first one. (Combustion got 2 min CD without Kindling)
Also Kj landed at about 2:13 min and you havent used any Fire Blast before Combustion again (you could have used about 3-4 cause BL was used at 2:14 min)

You used your 3rd Combustion at 4:29 min, thats 2:15 min after the 2nd, again you could have used it earlier.

You used your TW without Combustion and without your trinket.
