Can someone explain frost AOE priority in detail?
With aoe/cleave talents LW IF SI AG TV.
Imagine FoF + BF procs are available and Blizzard is Not on CD.
What should I cast for max dps and how number of targets affects the priority?
Does it change with GS instead of TV?
