Tarnished Medallion 900 vs Dreadstone of Endless Shadows 935

Hello,

I am new to the mage forum but I am wondering which of the below is better for frost in combo with a 920 Terror:
Tarnished Medallion 900 vs Dreadstone of Endless Shadows 935. Sim says the 935 is like 7 k dps ahead, but I am uncertain since the boss mechanics and the dependency of the number of procs per cast.

I would think it would depend, but if it was me i would stick with Medallion just because of the RNG factor on the Dreadstone, Mastery is just terrible for frost and if you're shatter capped you would only really benefit from the haste proc.
