Ebonbolt vs Glacial Spike

I know that you should always cast Ebonbolt > Flurry > Ice lance but what do you do if your Glacial spike is ready AND your Ebonbolt is off cool down? Which one gets priority, EB or GS? And what should be my rotation then? Thanks in advance!

In GS build ebonbolt is more likely to get BF right when you need to shatter the spike. The answer lies within numbers: ebonbolt crits for 2.5-2.9m damage and GS up to 10m.
