Help with Aethas Sunreaver

I can not find which quest I am missing, or how far I have gotten on the series of quests to get Aethas as a Follower. I already have the other 8 Followers, unffortunately Aethas is the only one that counts for the achievement and eventual extra follower.

Is there a utility that allows me to find which quest I have missed or misplaced? I'm pretty sure that I have the first few from Aethas done, but the ones in Suramar maybe the problem, and I can not locate the entrance to Nyell's Workshop. I have taken Orlis down a couple of times and there is no quest around there either.

The Suramar map shows the quest Nyell's Workshop, but I can not find the way inside to get it done ... any help would be appreciated.
