[frost] Problem with my dps.

Hello,

Sorry i'm not fluent in english.

I play Frost mage but play caster it 's new for me since vanilla i play tank or melee dps.
I read many guide. But my dps is low in comparison of my gear.

But i don't understant the reasons.
