So I read on icy veins that you want to run T21 4-set and T20 2-set, which means not being able to use the head leggo which I really like and I don't have my lust ring yet. Would I want to do even with lossing my leggo?

I only have 3 leggos, bracers, head, and the boots that let you move and cast for awhile.

I don't actually have the gear, just basing off of what the icy veins guide says. They value the Shard of the Exodar over Fragments of Sindragosa.

I sim everything and currently my optimal ST Light Movement set up is 4pc T21 and no T20 pieces, with legendary Helm and Shard. Helm has consistently simmed better than bracers for me.

The 4 T21 pieces I have been lucky to get are: 935 Shoulders, 915 (LFR) Back, 950 Gloves and 960 socketed chest. (1 WF and 2 TF normal drops...lucky).

So I run non-tier in head (legendary) and legs (955).

Modeling for the AoE/Cleave fights (PK/Eonar/AHC) i set it for hectic add/cleave and 5 bosses and it tells me to go with 2pc T21 (the 950 and 960) and 2pc T20 (head/back) - legendaries are Ice Time shoulders and Shard. The waist likely never sims out well for me b/c I have a 980 item in that slot and I just don't think you cast Frostbolt enough to generate BF to get the blizzard stacks up.

You can still sim them using Raidbots.com Gear Compare option. Just manually type in the gear you want to compare.
