Arcane with T21 4p - How shall i play it ?

Hello everyone !

As of last night, i was playing with the 2p T20 and 2p T21, but i managed to get my last tier piece so that i can now play with the 4p T21. However, my question is, how should i play it ?

1. Is the new tier set even worth it, or shall i keep my old combination with 2p old and 2p new set ?
2. What does the opener look like with T21 4p and without Charged Up ? Or do i have to pick that talent as soon as i go T21 4p ?

so far I've been playing with 2p+2p because I didn't get any good rolls on my set pieces, and it simmed around the same numbers so. However if you play with 4pt21 without 2pt20 you'll need charged up again to replace old 2p bonus then you just burst as usual, barrage dump to get 2p bonus into Charged up to get your 4charges back (and hopefully the 4p bonus aswell) and business as usual
