New frost mage

I have switched to frost from arcane over a week ago and I struggle to keep up with mages 15 ilvl lower than me or using crappy leggos (I know I'm missing wrists myself). Not sure if it's maybe improper proc usage or not timing CDs properly. Please help.

First of all, why would anyone pick a less known and experienced spec for mythic? If you are good with arcane you obviously should continue to play as arcane. Especially when it's first time you see the boss there. Mythic encounters take some getting used to. And your Garothi log shows it. Because seems like you know how to shatter spells but 57% crit for EB and 60% Chain reaction uptime are indicators that you fail combos some time. Just make sure you do Shatter combos right without munching BF/FoF procs.
