What is wrong with my rotation?(Frost)

Hi Guys, I've read thousands of topics, watched hundreds of videos, and read dozens of guides, but I do not know why my DPS is still so low, my statuses are good I think, and my equips too, so I came to the conclusion that the problem it's me and my rotation, could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and what can I do to improve? I would be very grateful because I really need this help.

Your crit is very low. You can stack it up to 30-32% with injector and you have to get 33.3% without. It's mandatory to shatter your spells (make them guaranteed crit when the target is frozen - Winter's Chill debuff or FoF proc).
You've munched 1 BF proc, not a big deal though.
Do not cast non-proc lances to maintain bracer's stacks.
Pick Ice Flow talent on Varimatras.

You will have more dps if you are able to get some TF'd t20 pieces (head, cloak and/or hands). And Shard of Exodar.
