[frost] Question about Netherlight, rotation and more.

Hey guys, thanks for reading this and helping me out.

So, first of all, I'd like to know when should I replace my artifact relic because of ilvl ? I mean, where is the point that ilvl compensate the effect?

Second, I'm considering this order in netherlight crucible path: Clarity of Thought > Let It Go > Ice Age is that correct ?

Also, I have ATM:
Crit: 31%
Haste: 23%
Mast: 52%
Haste: 23% (In order to obtain this haste im using prototype personal decimator, otherwise with Vitality or Acrid liquid my stats drops to 19%)
So, the question is should I change my enchants and gems on vers to haste?

You can sim relics using the relic compare tool of raidbots to give you the most accurate answer.
Since there's an insane amount of varience in gearing in legion caused by titan forging and crucible rng simming is the best way to go.
