Help with Mythic Frost DPS

I get frost is RNG dependent regarding BF and FoF procs, but I was just wondering what I can do better to improve these parses as the last 3 bosses are pulling me down.

As well as what I'm doing wrong for any other boss I have a low median %. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong and any help would be appreciated.

Opener= EB>flurry>IV/Berserking/Trinkets>IL>FO dump any FoF procs and spam frostbolt to no end then do the Frostbolt>Flurry>IL shatter combo whenever I get BF. Prioiritizing BF procs over IL even when it munches them.

I'm wondering if I'm hitting the right targets as well.
