Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, I've read several guides and I think I'm doing the right rotation, I'm giving very little DPS, is this because of the enchants? or my rotation is really wrong, thank you if you can help me, because I think I'll be kicked out of the core if it does not get better soon

Not always using GS with a BF proc (never use it without doing GS>BF>IL unless talented into splitting ice).

You missed some ILs after BF proc.

Spamming ice lance when you have to move - plan positioning better with shimmer, or consider using Ice Floes. This is your MAIN loss of DPS from what I can see, focus on not cancelling casts and not relying on IL spam for movement.

You are quite low geared, so even if you do the above perfectly, unless RNG smiles on you with many many procs don't expect a very high parse (read, 90+).
