Looking at the Devourerkill:
I think you got the rotation correctly in your mind. There are just to many errors in your execution. Interrupted casts, Flurry before GS, GS without Flurry, GS interrupted.
Also your CDs could be used a little bit more often.
I would recommend starting with change talent to CR or FT (i prefer FT). I know EB is better simwise but as long as u are not confident with the normal rotation i think EB will confuse even more because its another thing to look at.
Second i would recommend some WA or UI-Mods to get better track of CDs and Procs.
(When i come home today i can send u my WAs for frost with specified Symbols for GS and BF when and when not to used.)
