Charged SP1-R1-73D Synthetic Specs

Anyone finding an issue with https://www.wowhead.com/item=165895/cha ... e-powers=8 ? When I changed factions in Battle of Dazar'alor raid it went red (broken) ... can you use it when you change factions in Battle of Dazar'alor raid? (because of the engineering requirement to use?) .... also went red (broken) when I logged in today with my normal faction but unequipped and equipped and it fixed it ..

Never looked at my charscreen so dunno about it looking broken.

Looking at logs for Opulence i still get the buff/debuff so it should work.
